Welcome!

I work with adults and teens, including many high school and college students navigating major life transitions. Primarily drawing upon my training in the Internal Family Systems model, I specialize in supporting members of the LGBTQ community, as well as parents and caregivers of children and adolescents. As a queer person and a parent, I bring lived experience that helps me connect with people across multiple communities and intersecting identities.
